Climate change adaptation in water and food security programmes: evaluation report online

17 January 2024

The Policy and Operations Evaluation Department (IOB) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released an evaluation report on how climate change adaptation is integrated into water and food security programmes funded by the Netherlands. This evaluation was carried out in light of the 2015 Paris Agreement, that emphasises the need to integrate climate change adaptation into international cooperation with low-income countries. These countries and marginalised groups in these countries are most affected by the negative impacts of climate change.

For this evaluation, IOB conducted a case study in Bangladesh and one in Mozambique, for which the NCEA has provided some input.
