Significant details

The World Bank supports the Government of Albania and Montenegro with capacity building on SEA. The World Bank has approached the NCEA to provide its expertise and services in SEA in a five-year capacity building programme.

One of the activities in the first phase of this cooperation was a visit to both countries, to initiate activities and establish contacts. The NCEA issued a memorandum in which it presents the findings of its visit to Montenegro. This memorandum describes the current state of various aspects of the SEA system in Montenegro, as well as opportunities for the proposed SEA capacity building programme.

A similar memorandum was published for Albania.
