Comments: EIA directive for the extraction of oil and gas - Yemen

The NCEA commented on Yemen's Directive for EIA of the extraction of oil and gas. 

The NCEA was asked to provide comments on Yemen's Directive for EIA of the extraction of oil and gas. Detailed comments were provided on the main text of the Directive. Moreover, an explanatory note with recommendations was added to support the potential organisation of a workshop for ministries and agencies to use the diverse directives as learning tools.
