The NCEA was asked to review the draft SEA for Georgia's waste law. It issued an advice of the secretariat, which was in general very positive. The advice includes comments on:
- Quality/desirability of the alternatives;
- Objectiveness of the assessment;
- Definition of strategic decisions to be made;
- Impact assessment;
- Presentation of information.
