The NCEA made preliminary comments on a draft Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) report for Albania's Southern Coastal Development Plan.
Significant details
The Project Coordination Unit for the Integrated Coastal Zone Management and Development Plan (ICZMDP) in Albania asked the NCEA to comment on a draft SEA report that was prepared for the Southern Coastal Development Plan. During the review process however, problems with Albanian partners urged the review work by the NCEA to be put on hold.
Some preliminary comments had however already been made. These have been put together in an advice of the secretariat and were presented to the Project Coordination Unit.
