Advisory review on the scoping report and ToR for an aluminium refinery in Guinea

The Netherlands Commission for Environmental Assessment (NCEA) received a request
the Guinean Environmental Assessment Agency (AGEE) to carry out a review
independent of the scoping report and the terms of reference (ToRs) for the Impact Study
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of the project to build a refinery for alumina from the
Winning Consortium Alumina Guinea (WCAG) company in the locality of Dobali, sub-
Kanfarandé prefecture, Boké region in Guinea.
