The NCEA commented on Yemen's EIA Directive for dam projects.
The NCEA was asked to provide comments on Yemen's Directive for EIA of dam projects. Comments were provided on the main text of the Directive and its Annexes, including a list of projects requiring EIA, a list of scoping criteria, EIA report requirements, and a list of environmentally sensitive areas.
