The NCEA was asked to provide comments on an SEA manual prepared by the Regional Environmental Center (REC) for Central and Eastern Europe. It issued an advice of the secretariat, containing comments for each module. Comments were generally positive, apart from some minor recommendations for improvement, mostly on user-friendliness.
