IUCN Mesoamerica asked the NCEA to give feedback on its Environmental Guide on Projects with Moderate/Low Impact. The NCEA provided its comments in an advice of the secretariat. Comments were given on the following topics:
- Accuracy and applicability;
- Follow-up, monitoring and control;
- Impact significance;
- Climate change impacts;
- Gender impacts;
- Mitigation measures;
- Closing phase.
