From Schiphol Airport to Utrecht Central Station
The best way to travel from Schiphol Airport to Utrecht is by train. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket office or vending machines at Schiphol station. Please be advised that, in the Netherlands, return tickets are valid for one day only. Trains to Utrecht run on two routes:
A direct line from Schiphol Airport to Utrecht Central Station runs every fifteen minutes between 7am and 9pm. Before and after that trains are less frequent and it might me necessary to change trains. For specific and up-to-date travel information, including timings and prices, consult the Dutch railways website or 9292, a website for up-to-date travel information of all Dutch public transport companies including trains, busses and trams.
From Utrecht Central Station to our offices
The offices of the Netherlands Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment (Commissie voor de m.e.r.) are situated at the Arthur van Schendelstraat 760, at a 10-minute walking distance from the Utrecht central railway station.
- Leave Utrecht Central Station via exit Oost (East), also bus and taxi station (signposted). Walk past the bus station, walk straight along the Herman Gorterstraat. Cross the Nicolaas Beetsstraat and take the first street on your right. This is the Arthur van Schendelstraat. We are situated at number 760.
